Health is not the absence of illness, but a vibrant state of strength, mobility and calm. It manifests itself in balance, not through performance. 

Movement

It arises from the landscape. For us, it begins where everyday life ends, right outside our door, in untouched nature, on hiking trails and summit tours, on voyages of discovery of fauna and flora, as well as in our daily guided exercise programme, which includes yoga, Thai chi, fascia training and much more.

Regeneration

This is another cornerstone of Fafleralp. Sleep is the most important form of regeneration. That is why we create an undisturbed sleeping environment and offer the best comfort for deep, restful nights. An authentic cocktail of temperature, mountain air, altitude, darkness and silence, refined with the genuine scent of the forest.

Nutrition

Eat freely, enjoy consciously. Our cuisine does not follow any dogma; you choose what is good for you. Discover a variety of plant-based foods with us, while regional products preserve their origin, identity and taste.

We also support you in all forms of conscious reduction: less is often more. Interval breaks are possible and we are happy to cater to special dietary requirements.
